Advanced Coating Facility:
30+ physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating facilities with a complete range of types and advanced performance, imported from Japan, the United States, and Germany. These include coating machines such as electron beam ion-assisted deposition (EB-IAD), ion beam sputtering (IBS), and magnetron sputtering (MS).
Coating Design Capability:
A coating design and process team with outstanding technical expertise, capable of providing full-range coating products and customized process solutions, specifically including:
1. Optical communication filters (LWDM, CWDM, XGPONs, etc.)
2. High-power laser filters
3. Biomedical filters
4. Diversified coating process dev.: Enabling mass-production process development for various functional film systems (AR, HR, PR, PBS, NPBS, ITO, metal coatings) on substrates including optical glass, optical crystals, Si (silicon) and Ge (germanium).
5. Specialized filter film support: Supporting customized development for single/multi-wavelength filter films for precise light-splitting in diverse scenarios.
